Movement: The True Fountain of Youth

Movement Liquid BioCellYesterday, I spent the day with two of my grandsons, 16-year-old Simon and 12-year-old Isaac. We went to one of those places that features miniature golf, go-karts, bumper cars, etc. It was a blast. One of the best parts for me? My ability to climb in and out of the bumper boat and to drive the go-kart. As I was climbing in and out, I realized — wow, I can do this without help. My movement impressed me.

Ease of Movement

So, I started considering the reason for my easy of movement. The difference is exercise. About 30 years ago, I studied a series of exercises called the Five Rites of the Fountain of Youth. 

Honestly, I learned about them, but didn’t implement the philosophy. I was young (not quite 40), in my prime and could do any activity I desired. However, I did share the exercises with a good friend, who was in her 6o’s. She, on the other hand, began to do them daily.Exercise movement

She is approaching 95 now and is limber, active and amazes everyone with her stamina and flexibility. Meanwhile, as I hit my 60’s, changes hit my body hard. I faced arthroscopic surgery to repair my right knee. And, 10 years later, my left knee hurts. It seems as if I’m suddenly not as strong or mobile as I had once been. Did this happen overnight?

What Made the Difference

In 2014, I was introduced to Liquid BioCell. WOW!! That really changed my life. My knees grew stronger and more flexible. And I started to feel and look better. But, I started paying attention to my friend and realized she was still stronger, more flexible and more mobile than I was, even though she is older than I.

A few months ago, I started to take my physical health seriously. I began by doing the Five Rites, almost daily. (Admittedly, I’m still not 100% consistent). I started using my gym membership. And I even started regularly working out with a trainer.5 Rites Fountain of Youth

How Liquid BioCell Fits In

I believe that Liquid BioCell has been extremely important in improving my flexibility. When your joints hurt and your body is sore, it’s hard to try to move and exercise.
